Rivera Barú is projected as a residential complex of more than a 100 homes. It is located in the village of Ararca on Isla Barú on the Caribbean coast of Colombia. For this project, aquatic access for small boats and private docks will be available for the owners. The complex will also have a club, restaurant, swimming pool and other recreational amenities.
